On 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟐𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, the 𝐏𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐌𝐀𝐄𝐝 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 (𝐏𝐂𝐂𝐏) provided another valuable learning experience for our 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐈𝐈 and 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐈𝐈𝐈 𝐍𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 as they participated in 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 and 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 that reinforced the knowledge, skills, and professionalism expected of future nurses.

𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐈𝐈 𝐀𝐔-𝐒𝐉 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐍𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐬 participated in the 𝐍𝐞𝐰𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 & 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞 and 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, where they practiced essential maternal and newborn care while reinforcing proper aseptic technique and safe nursing practice.

Meanwhile, 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐈𝐈𝐈 𝐀𝐔-𝐒𝐉 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐍𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐬 engaged in an 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐦 (𝐎𝐑) 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, where they applied sterile techniques, handled surgical instruments, and worked collaboratively in a simulated perioperative setting. The activity enhanced their clinical judgment, adaptability, and appreciation for the teamwork and precision required to ensure safe surgical care.

Every simulation and return demonstration marks another step in shaping our AU-SJ Student Nurses into competent, compassionate, and practice-ready future Registered Nurses, committed to delivering safe, quality, and patient-centered care. labaRN!
