On January 3, 2026, San Juan City Lodge No. 22, recognized as the 'Most Outstanding Lodge,' held its first regular meeting of the year, despite the long weekend. Many brethren made a special effort to attend, demonstrating their commitment to their lodge. The meeting included a thorough review of the previous year, as well as numerous suggestions for further improvement and increased member involvement. The lodge members are eagerly anticipating an even more successful year. The meeting concluded in the traditional manner, with a focus on Friendship, Love, and Truth.

On October 18, 2025 at the 6th Annual Grand Lodge Session of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows at Royce Hotel, Clark, Angeles City Pampanga, San Juan City Lodge No. 22 was awarded as the Most Outstanding Lodge and its incumbent Noble Grand, Bro. Iluminado Prieto III was awarded as the Most Outstanding Noble Grand.

On October 11, 2025, the brethren of San Juan City Lodge No. 22 participated in the bloodletting program as a partner organization of Manila York Rite.

In one of the pictures is Bro. Jun Prieto, the incumbent Noble Grand of San Juan City Lodge No. 22 and Illustrious Master of Oriental Council No. 1 of the Royal and Select Masters of the Philippines (Cryptic Masonry) together with the Vice Grand of San Juan City Lodge No. 22 Bro. Wilfredo Callueng Jr.

Right beside this historic compound, the Odd Fellows Hall previously stood as confirmed by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines. Unknown to most, Manila Lodge No. 342 of the Grand Lodge of California (Now Manila Lodge No.1 of the MWGLP) originally rented the Odd Fellows Hall to conduct their meetings.
