The Office of Student Organizations is proud and excited to announce that applications for the 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 and the search for the 𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝐓𝐞𝐧 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 for A.Y. 2025–2026 are now officially open!

1. Application forms must be filled out in 𝐢𝐧𝐤 and in the applicant’s 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠.
2. For TTORSL, candidates from all campuses will be ranked based on their accumulated individual points.
3. The awarding ceremony will be part of the upcoming Year-End Commencement Exercises.
4. For your convenience, the Student Organizations Office 𝐧𝐨 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐬 the attachment of Project Proposals in the application.
5. Please ensure the complete submission of all required evidence based on the guidelines, as incomplete requirements 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐬.

The Student Organizations Unit of the Office of Student Affairs & Services - PRMSU San Marcelino Campus successfully conducted today its final Quarterly Meeting for A.Y. 2025–2026 with recognized student organization presidents, representatives, and advisers today. The meeting served as a vital platform to discuss key updates, finalize plans, and ensure alignment of all organizations as the academic year draws to a close.

Marked by meaningful dialogue and collaborative planning, the meeting reflected the strong commitment of student leaders to excellence, accountability, and service. As we conclude this academic year, the collective efforts of our student organizations continue to strengthen leadership, unity, and active engagement within the university community.

The successful implementation of L.E.A.D. 2026 stands as a testament to the collective effort, dedication, and unwavering support of the leaders and individuals behind this meaningful initiative. We extend our deepest gratitude to Dr. Roy N. Villalobos, University President, for his visionary leadership and continued support to student development programs; to Dr. Cecilia Garson, University Head of OSAS; and to Dr. Daryll Jim Angel, University Head for Student Organizations, for their guidance and commitment in empowering student leaders.

Our sincere appreciation is also extended to Sir Ferdinand M. Domingo, Campus Director, for his unwavering support to all student activities, and to Dr. Rico N. Falaminiano, OSAS/SO Coordinator of the SM Campus, for his constant guidance and steadfast support to the Supreme Student Government.
