Narito ang iskedyul ng pagsusumite ng application forms at requirements para sa EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (College) ng Pamahalaang Lokal ng San Marcelino.

Gaganapin ang pagsusumite ng mga dokumento sa LIGA Office, 2nd Floor, Municipal Building, sa Agosto 17 at 18, 2026.

Para naman sa mga college students mula sa Barangay Aglao, Buhawen, at Sta. Fe, pakiantabayanan ang anunsyo para sa iskedyul ng pagsusumite ng application forms at requirements.

Hinihikayat ang mga kwalipikadong kabataang Marcelineans na samantalahin ang programang ito bilang karagdagang suporta sa kanilang pag-aaral.

ATTENTION, CHED TES & TDP GRANTEES! 📣

The Scholarship Services Office (SSO) announces the Schedule of Payout for the CHED Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) and Tulong Dunong Program (TDP).

🗓 Date: August 3, 2026 (Monday)
🕘 Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ONLY
📍 Venue: Collecting Office, Administration Building, PRMSU–San Marcelino Campus

Please bring the following requirements:
🖊️ Blue ballpen
📄 8 photocopies of one (1) valid ID (Student ID or any government-issued valid ID with signature), each with three (3) specimen signatures using a blue ballpen.

📌 Note: If you will be receiving the subsidy for two (2) semesters, kindly prepare 16 photocopies of your valid ID with the required specimen signatures.

All qualified grantees have already been posted in their respective group chats for your reference. Please check your group chat for the list and other important reminders.

We encourage all grantees to arrive within the scheduled time and ensure that all documentary requirements are complete to facilitate a smooth and orderly payout process.

ANNOUNCEMENT | Opening of TES Application for A.Y. 2026–2027 📢📢📢

The Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) application for Academic Year 2026–2027 is now open for PRMSU-San Marcelino students!

Eligible students are encouraged to accomplish the Google Form within the application period.

Priority applicants include:
- Students from households classified as poor under Listahanan
- Members of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps)
- Dependents of Solo Parents
- Members of Indigenous Peoples (IP)
- Persons with Disabilities (PWD)

Deadline for submitting the Google Form is on July 27, 2026 (Monday), 6pm

Important Reminder: Students who are current TES or TDP grantees are NOT eligible to apply for the TES Application for A.Y. 2026–2027.

Muling tatanggap ng mga aplikasyon ang pamahalaang lokal ng San Marcelino para sa Educational Assistance Program (First Semester) para sa mga kwalipikadong Marcelinean na kasalukuyang nag-aaral sa kolehiyo.

Sa inisyatibo ng ating mahal na Hon. Mayor Elvis Ragadio Soria, layunin ng programa na makatulong sa gastusin sa pag-aaral ng mga estudyante at mabigyan sila ng karagdagang suporta upang maipagpatuloy ang kanilang edukasyon.

Inaanyayahan ang lahat ng mga kwalipikadong aplikante na tingnan ang nakalakip na iskedyul ng aplikasyon at listahan ng mga kinakailangang dokumento upang maging benepisyaryo ng programa.

Ayon sa pamahalaang lokal, ang Educational Assistance Program ay bahagi ng patuloy na pagbabalik ng serbisyo sa mamamayan sa pamamagitan ng mga programang pinopondohan mula sa buwis ng taumbayan.

Samantala, hinihikayat ang mga interesadong mag-aaral na nagnanais mag-avail ng full scholarship na antabayanan ang hiwalay na anunsyo ng pamahalaang lokal kaugnay ng pagbubukas ng aplikasyon.

📢ANNOUNCEMENT: Student Assistant Application for 1st Semester A.Y. 2026-2027

The Scholarship Services Office is now accepting applications for Student Assistant positions for the 1st Semester of A.Y. 2026–2027 at President Ramon Magsaysay State University-San Marcelino Campus!

We are looking for motivated and qualified students who can contribute meaningfully to various tasks across campus offices. This is an excellent opportunity for students to utilize their available time productively while gaining valuable experience and supporting the university community.

📍WHO CAN APPLY?
Priority will be given to students with a fewer regular academic load during the 1st Semester. Students with a full academic load or those enrolled in more units are not encouraged to apply, as they may have limited time to fulfill the required duties and working hours of the Student Assistant Program.

July 6 – July 7, 2026

Ang opisina ni Cong Jay Khonghun at ang ating katuwang na ahensyang DSWD ay humihingi ng pang-unawa dahil sa pagkaantala ng ating pamamahagi ng EDUKALINGA para sa 2nd Semester 2025-2026.

Nagbigay daan lamang po ang DSWD para sa programa ng ating pamahalaan para sa ating mga Tsuper at Drayber dahil sa krisis na nagdulot ng pagtaas ng gasolina kaya naantala ang ating distribution or payout.

Para sa lahat ng mga nakapag-apply sa 1st Semester ng 2025-2026, kayo ay kasama pa rin sa listahan ng maaaring makatanggap ng Financial Assistance para sa 2nd Semester basta kayo ay nag-enroll pa rin ng 2nd Semester 2025-2026.
