J.H. Cerilles State College (JHCSC) produced 591 passers in the September 2025 Board Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (BLEPT), according to results released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on December 18, 2025.

Of the total number, ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ“๐ŸŽ ๐ ๐ซ๐š๐๐ฎ๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ฌ from the ๐๐š๐œ๐ก๐ž๐ฅ๐จ๐ซ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐„๐ฅ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐„๐๐ฎ๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง (๐๐„๐„๐) program passed the examination, with 98 from the Main Campus and 52 from the Dumingag Campus, achieving a first-time pass rate of 66.49%.

Meanwhile, the ๐๐š๐œ๐ก๐ž๐ฅ๐จ๐ซ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐’๐ž๐œ๐จ๐ง๐๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐„๐๐ฎ๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง (๐๐’๐„๐) program produced ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ ๐ฉ๐š๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ, comprising 316 from the Main Campus, 99 from the Dumingag Campus, and 26 from the Lakewood Campus, recording a first-time pass rate of 79.26%. Notably, ๐ฌ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ฅ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ฆ๐ฌ ๐š๐œ๐ก๐ข๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ ๐š ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ% ๐ฉ๐š๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ž ๐š๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐  ๐Ÿ๐ข๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ-๐ญ๐ข๐ฆ๐ž ๐ญ๐š๐ค๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ, including BSEd Math Dumingag (7/7), BSEd English at the Main Campus (35/35), and BSEd English at the Pagadian Campus (9/9).

This milestone underscores the collegeโ€™s quality of instruction and academic preparation, as well as the dedication of its students and the ongoing efforts of the ๐’๐œ๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ฅ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐“๐ž๐š๐œ๐ก๐ž๐ซ ๐„๐๐ฎ๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง (๐’๐“๐„) to enhance teacher education programs. The achievement is also credited to the STE faculty and staff, as well as to Dean Dr. Starr Clyde L. Sebial for his leadership and guidance.

JHCSC congratulates its newly licensed professional teachers, noting that their hard work has paid off and expressing hope that their success will inspire and empower future educators.
