Re: Role of University Business Center with Recognized Suppliers for Approved Economic Enterprise Development (EED) Projects

Policies are immediate actions to improve quality and processes; hence, this memo to support BOR Resolution No. 50 s. 2023 and secure transparency and accountability in EED project implementations.

Approved EED Projects of recognized student organizations are those supported with certificate of approval issued by EED Office. Only by then may the EED proponents officially implement the EED project.

Recognized student organizations with approved EED Projects are reminded that the University Business Center shall be the only office to communicate with suppliers once the suppliers are officially recognized relative to the implementation of the approved EED project on behalf of the partner recognized student organizations.

All concerns to suppliers by recognized student organizations with approved EED projects shall be addressed through the University Business Center only.

Re: Endorsement to Facilitate Preparation of OSDS Correspondence Templates and Formation of TWG and Policies Relative to Search for Kgg. Vicente B. Amante Lider Mag-aaral, Top 10 Namumukod Tanging Lider Estudyante, and Top 3 Best Student Organizations for AY 2024-2025

This serves as an endorsement for the PLSP Council of Interior Governance to facilitate the preparation of OSDS correspondence templates and the formation of TWG and policies relative to search for Kgg. Vicente B. Amante Lider Mag-aaral, Top 10 Namumukod Tanging Lider Estudyante, and Top 3 Best Student Organizations for AY 2024-2025.

They shall be under the supervision and guidance of the Office of the Director, Student Development Services. Templates and policies shall be approved by the Pamantasan through the Office of the Vice President for Student Life and Success prior to implementation or dissemination. The CIG is also advised to partner and coordinate actions with the University Student Parliament.

Re: No Student Organization Activities After December 18, 2024

Since December 18, 2024 is the last day of class for the year 2024 based on the PLSP Official Academic Calendar for Academic Year 2024-2025, all our valued recognized student organizations are reminded that activities in general are no longer allowed after December 18, 2024. In general, permission for implementation of activities can be permitted when classes resume after the upcoming holiday seasons.

For concerns and clarifications, please coordinate with the OVPSLS on or before December 18, 2024. Godspeed!

JUST IN | Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng San Pablo (PLSP) has declared an academic break on November 23, 25, and 26, 2024.

Students are advised to use this time for rest, catching up on academic responsibilities, or preparing for upcoming activities. Regular classes will resume on November 27, 2024.
