1. Download the form (3 copies) from the school’s official website.
2. Fill out the required information to complete the form.
3. Proceed to your assigned window at the Registrar’s Office to have your form checked and verified.
4. Visit your respective Dean’s Office to have your application reviewed and signed.
5. Submit the signed application form to your assigned window at the Registrar’s Office.

Application for Graduation Schedule:

6:00 AM - 12:00 PM: (BSCPE, BSBA, BSMA, BSAIS, BSA, BSPSYCH, AB POLSCI)

8:00 AM - 12:00 PM: (EDUC, BSN, BS PUB AD, BSECO, ABCOMM)

1:00 - 6:00 PM: (BSIT, BSIS, BSOA, BS ENTREP, BSHM, BSTM)

*KINDLY FOLLOW YOUR DESIGNATED SCHEDULE*

Please be informed that the application process for Honor Graduates will soon commence. Those who wish to be considered for Latin academic honors (Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, or Summa Cum Laude) and Academic Distinction are advised to coordinate with the Office of the Registrar or your respective college /department for the specific guidelines and deadline of the application.

Make sure to apply within the prescribed period and ensure all requirements are complete.

Due to the current weather conditions in Laguna, the university will implement a reduced workforce.
