This year, the 3rd Gawad Parangal proudly welcomes two exceptional youth leaders whose work continues to create impact beyond their campuses and communities.

Representing the forefront of student leadership and advocacy, ๐Œ๐ข๐ ๐ฎ๐ž๐ฅ๐š ๐€๐ฅ๐ž๐ฃ๐š๐ง๐๐ซ๐š ๐„. ๐Œ๐š๐ญ๐š is a Psychology student from Cavite State University and the current Regional President of the National Union of Students of the Philippines โ€“ Southern Tagalog (NUSP-ST). Throughout her years of service, she has become a recognized voice for students and youth, championing accessible education, democratic participation, and social accountability. From serving in various student government positions to leading regional campaigns and educational discussions, Miguela has dedicated herself to strengthening youth consciousness and collective action. Her work as an organizer, speaker, and advocate reflects a leadership style rooted in service, courage, and a deep commitment to empowering young people to become active agents of change.
