In light of the announcement of the provincial government and the LGU’s directive, the Accreditation Orientation with the theme “SANDIG: Accreditation as the Foundation of a Credible Student Organization” has been rescheduled.

Re: Submission of Accreditation, Re-accreditation, and Recognition Requirements of Student Organizations

In line with the College's commitment to holistic student development and pursuant to the policy of the Council for Interior Governance under the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs and Services (OVPSAS), all student organizations are hereby directed to submit their accreditation, re-accreditation, and recognition requirements for Academic Year 2026-2027.

Accreditation - Applicable for new student organizations seeking formal recognition.
Re-accreditation -Applicable for previously accredited student organizations renewing their status.
Recognition - Applicable for mandated student organizations and College Student Councils.

All forms and detailed guidelines are available through the official OVPSAS channels, and complete documents must be submitted to the Council of Interior Governance (CIG).

This memorandum takes effect immediately upon issuance.

Kindly attached the requirements for the accreditation, re-accreditation, or recognition of student organizations to 𝐝𝐥𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧@𝐠𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥.𝐜𝐨𝐦.
