CAVITEX–CALAX LINK Expressway (CCLINK) commenced construction.

This toll-free expressway will span 1.3 kilometers and feature two lanes in each direction, connecting CAVITEX to CALAX. It aims to significantly improve accessibility and traffic flow between Cavite, Laguna, and Metro Manila, serving over 20,000 motorists each day. To facilitate efficient and safe construction, several lanes on Centennial Road and in Kawit will be temporarily closed during this time.

Currently, the southwest endpoint of the Manila–Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX) is the CAVITEX Kawit Exit, which intersects with Tirona Highway and Antero Soriano Highway, often referred to as "Zeus."

Meanwhile, the under-construction northwest endpoint of the Cavite–Laguna Expressway (CALAX) is the CALAX Kawit Interchange, located within Evo City. This interchange intersects Antero Soriano Highway.

Upon completion, CCLink is expected to significantly ease traffic congestion in the Zeus and Gahak areas. CCLink will integrate CAVITEX–C5 Link, CAVITEX, CALAX, and the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) Mamplasan Interchange creating a seamless transportation network.
