YEARBOOK AVAILABILITY AND CLAIMING REQUIREMENTS

Dear LSPU Alumni,

Please be informed that the yearbooks currently available for release are for Batch 2023 and earlier batches, EXCEPT Batch 2020.

Yearbook Claiming Requirement:

Before claiming your yearbook, alumni are required to secure and present their LSPU Alumni ID.

If you do not yet have an Alumni ID, please refer to our previous announcement regarding the schedule and process for securing your Alumni ID before proceeding to claim your yearbook.

We strongly encourage all alumni to secure their Alumni ID first to ensure a smooth and orderly yearbook claiming process.

Schedule of Alumni ID Processing
LSPU Santa Cruz Campus – Alumni Affairs and Placement Services (AAPS)

As part of the opening of Academic Year 2026–2027, the Business Affairs Office (BAO) has arranged the schedule for ID printing for all its clients, including first-year students, transferees, continuing students, and alumni.

For LSPU Santa Cruz Campus alumni, the schedule for Alumni ID processing is as follows:

* August 18, 2026 (Tuesday) – 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
* August 24, 2026 (Monday) – 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
* August 26, 2026 (Wednesday) – 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
* August 27, 2026 (Thursday) – 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Please be advised that these are the scheduled dates allocated for alumni ID processing. Additional schedules, if any, will be announced through the official page of the Alumni Affairs and Placement Services (AAPS) Office.

For the releasing of yearbooks, yearbooks for Batch 2023 and earlier batches (except Batch 2020) are still available for claiming. Graduates and alumni may claim their yearbooks at the Alumni Affairs and Placement Services (AAPS) Office from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, by presenting their Alumni ID.

ANNOUNCEMENT

To all LSPU Santa Cruz Campus graduates:

Please be informed that the processing and printing of Alumni IDs will be temporarily suspended in preparation for the bulk ID production of incoming new and continuing students for the opening of Academic Year 2026–2027.

The schedule for the resumption of Alumni ID processing will be posted on this page once it has been finalized.
