1. OLFU Antipolo
Please be advised that Face-to-face and Online Synchronous classes at OLFU Antipolo are suspended on August 18th.

All students (SHS and College) shall transition to Asynchronous Learning mode. Kindly monitor Canvas for instructions, lessons, and activities from your respective teachers.

Senior High School students are likewise encouraged to maximize this period by reviewing lessons, catching up on readings, and continuing their research and project work.

2. OLFU Campuses: Valenzuela, Quezon City, Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, and Laguna

Following the Malacañang's declaration of class suspension, face-to-face classes across all levels at the above-mentioned campuses are hereby suspended. Students will attend Online Synchronous Classes from their respective homes.

Again, students are advised to access OLFU's learning management system (Canvas) using the Gmail account credentials found in your respective registration cards. Check your dashboards and messages from lecturers about lessons and/or meeting links for online synchronous classes.

In view of the anticipated heavy rains brought by Tropical Depression Maymay, face-to-face classes are hereby suspended on August 7th at the above mentioned campuses. Students across all levels of these campuses are to shift to Online Synchronous Classes. This announcement aligns with the declarations of the LGU's.

Meanwhile, on-campus operations of all offices will continue seamlessly. The OLFU Concierge will likewise remain available online.

IN PHOTOS: Sarap at Sustansya, Kayang-Kaya! brought together physical therapy interns, faculty, staff, and members of the Sitio Puting Tulay community for a Nutrition Month community outreach centered on affordable and nutritious home cooking.

Through discussions on child nutrition, meal planning, and creative cooking strategies using locally available ingredients, parents were equipped with practical ideas they can apply in preparing healthier meals for their families. The activity also featured tasting sessions that transformed nutrition concepts into simple and achievable practices at home.

As part of its commitment to community extension, the College continues to foster meaningful partnerships that promote health, empower communities, and translate learning into service.

RESEARCH: The College of Physical Therapy recognizes the scholarly contribution of Ms. Angelica T. Fernandez, MSPT, PTRP, CPT Program Head, who served as a co-author of the article, "Play to Learn: A Meta-analysis on the Impact of Game-based Learning on the Language Learning Outcomes of Young and Middle-aged Adults," published in Technology in Language Teaching & Learning.

IN PHOTOS: Faculty members from the College of Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, and Radiologic Technology gathered from July 8 to 10, 2026, for the Curriculum and Syllabi Review, bringing together participants from the OLFU Valenzuela, Quezon City, Antipolo, Pampanga, and Laguna campuses in a collaborative effort to strengthen and enhance academic programs.

The three-day activity served as an opportunity to evaluate curricular directions, align course outcomes and learning experiences with current educational and professional standards, and ensure that the College continues to provide relevant and responsive health professions education.

As the healthcare landscape continues to evolve, the College remains committed to fostering innovation, continuous improvement, and academic excellence in developing competent, compassionate, and future-ready healthcare professionals.
