The ceremony commenced with the 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗿𝘀, followed by the 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝘀 of 𝗖𝗣𝗧 𝗣𝗔𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗧𝗢 𝗦 𝗟𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗔 𝗝𝗥 𝗔𝗥𝗠 (𝗣𝗔). The 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 was delivered by 𝗦𝗦𝗴 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗚𝗶𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗖 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗯𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗝𝗿 (𝗜𝗻𝗳) 𝗣𝗔, leading to the formal 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀. Certificates of Completion were then awarded to each company and platoon, marking the culmination of their training and commitment.

The program likewise honored the best among its ranks through the 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁, recognizing outstanding cadets in various fields such as the 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱, 𝗟𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱, 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱, 𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗻, 𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘁 of each Department, and the 𝗖𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿. Among them, 𝗖𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘁 𝗨𝗲𝗹 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗼𝘀𝗮, 𝟯𝗖𝗟, was distinguished as the 𝗖𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔.𝗬. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱–𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, exemplifying excellence in leadership, discipline, and service.

Serving as the Guest Speaker for the NSTP Culminating Activity, 𝗗𝗶𝗿. 𝗥𝗮𝘂𝗹 𝗘. 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘇, 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 (𝗢𝗖𝗗) 𝗩𝗜, reminded the graduates that service does not end at recognition, but begins in the choices they make beyond it—urging them to lead with integrity, to step forward when it matters most, and to become a steady presence in the communities they serve.

A defining moment of the ceremony was the 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱, where 𝗖𝗗𝗧 𝗖𝗢𝗟 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗗. 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗼, 𝟭𝗖𝗟, delivered her farewell before formally passing the mantle of 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 to 𝗖𝗗𝗧 𝗠𝗔𝗝 𝗢𝗱𝘆𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘂𝘀 𝗭𝗲𝗽𝗵𝘆𝗿 𝗣. 𝗧𝗮𝗻, 𝟮𝗖𝗟. The transition signified not only continuity in leadership, but a quiet assurance that the values upheld today will be carried forward by those who follow.

Their achievements reflect not only the completion of required training, but the refinement of character. A character grounded in discipline, directed by purpose, and strengthened by the enduring belief in one’s capacity to serve beyond self.

‎The unit steadfastly and commendably executed its responsibilities throughout the inspection conducted by 𝗖𝗢𝗟 𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗢𝗡𝗜𝗢 𝗩 𝗕𝗨𝗥𝗧𝗢𝗡 𝗚𝗦𝗖 (𝗜𝗡𝗙) 𝗣𝗔 as Chairman, with the presence and support of 𝗖𝗢𝗟 𝗠𝗜𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗘𝗟 𝗡 𝗔𝗦𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗖𝗘 (𝗚𝗦𝗖) 𝗣𝗔, Director, 𝟲𝟬𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗗𝗖, 𝗔, 𝟲𝗥𝗖𝗗𝗚, 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗢𝗠, 𝗣𝗔, who served as Acting Chairman. The activity was held under the direct supervision of 𝗟𝗧𝗖 𝗥𝗨𝗗𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗘 𝗩 𝗗𝗢𝗟𝗔𝗥 (𝗚𝗦𝗖) 𝗣𝗔 (𝗥𝗘𝗦), 𝗨𝗦𝗔𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖𝗨 Commandant, together with the 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳𝘀 and 𝗖𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 whose leadership provided structure, direction, and stability in the ex*****on of all required standards.

‎The activity was made possible through the unified efforts of the 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳𝘀, 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳, 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳𝘀, 𝗖𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘁𝘀, supported by 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹 and other contributors whose roles though varied in scope collectively formed the foundation of the unit's 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀. In a system defined by discipline, even the smallest function contributes to the coherence of the whole.

‎During the inspection, cadets were assessed not only on compliance with 𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, but on their ability to dwell under scrutiny, maintain 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, and demonstrate 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. The Culminating Activity will serve as the formal closing of the NSTP cycle, where a full academic year of work is recognized at the institutional level. 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 will be conferred, facilitators and officers will be acknowledged, and the outputs of community-based work will be formally presented.

More importantly, the Culminating Activity marks a transition that is defined by law.

Under 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐜𝐭 𝟗𝟏𝟔𝟑, graduates of the 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐜 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 are conferred membership in the 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐬 (𝐍𝐒𝐑𝐂). They will become part of a national reserve pool that may be mobilized for civic welfare, disaster response, literacy initiatives, and other programs of the state. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬’ 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐬 graduates, on the other hand, are incorporated into the reserve force of the 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬, prepared for duties related to national defense.
