ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

A. Proceed to the Office of the College Dean for Evaluation.
B. Proceed to the Human Development Center for Admission.
C. Proceed to the Registrar’s Office and present the admission slip for issuance of enrollment form and encoding of subjects.
D. Proceed to the Assessment (Accounting Office) for issuance of Assessment Form.
E. Proceed to the Cashier (Accounting Office) for payment of fees.
F. Proceed to the Registrar’s Extension Office for Validation.
G. Proceed to the Publication Office for issuance of School ID.
H. Proceed to the EMIS Office for SIAS and CLMS Account Activation.
I. Proceed to the Bookstore for issuance of School Uniform and ID Lace.

From the warmth of shared meals in 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐧 and the friendly competitions of 𝐊𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐬 , to the standout performances in 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐫 and 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐤𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐲𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐧 that lit up the whole celebration. We celebrate the 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 of the 𝐁𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐲 on 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟖 each year, nine months before the Feast of Nativity. This celebration honors the belief that Mary, from the very moment of her conception, was preserved free from original sin, prepared by God to become the Mother of Jesus Christ.

As a holy day of obligation in many places, Catholics gather to honor Mary and reflect on her “yes” to God and her role in the story of salvation.
