The Teacher Education Program of La Patria College will hold its Culminating Program in Field Study 1 & 2 on October 30, 2026, at Cabulay High School, marking a significant milestone in the professional preparation of Batch Lucentia (Class of 2027).
Anchored on the theme, “The Seeds of Tomorrow: Nurturing the Teachers Within,” the event will celebrate the successful completion of 200 hours of Field Study courses, recognizing the pre-service teachers’ growth, dedication, and developing understanding of the teaching profession.
Following their Pinning Ceremony, the culminating program will serve as a bridge between their field study experiences and the next stage of their professional journey, the Teaching Internship, during which they will undertake 400 hours of in-school teaching experience.
More than a celebration of academic accomplishment, the event will symbolize Batch Lucentia’s transition from learners to emerging educators, ready to translate pedagogical knowledge into meaningful classroom practice. Like seeds nurtured to grow and flourish, these future teachers will carry forward the knowledge, values, and experiences they have cultivated as they prepare to shape the minds and futures of their future learners.
