It was the year 1976, when a group of young and energetic men from various colleges and universities of Baguio City and who are all members of the Alpha Phi Omega International Service Fraternity, founded the Scouts Royale Brotherhood (SRB) at Dominican High School, Santo Domingo, Nueva Ecija. On August 21, of the same year, through the effort and leadership of Brother Alex L. Pascual, Alpha Psi C
hapter, and with the help of Brother Rolly Bugarin, Gamma Psi Chapter, Brother Ronald Aquino, Gamma Psi Chapter, Brother Sonny Castro, Alpha Psi Chapter made possible the recruitment of willing and able students. This forming the first batch “Lucky Seven” whose members include, Felino Rivera Jr., Eduardo Pascual, Herminio Bugarin Jr., Martin Santos Jr., Joe Manluco, Romeo Ramos and Domingo Cortez. Brother Alex Pascual devoted most of his time in solidifying the group and foremost among his projects were Fraternity’s participation in “Share A Joy Program, Alay Lakad Activities, Tree Planting, Beautification and Cleanliness Drive”. He also committed the Fraternity to participate in all the local town’s celebrations making the organization known to the community. On November 15, 2009, the Scouts Royale Brotherhood, Alpha Psi Chapter in Santo Domingo was revived through the effort and leadership of Brother Ian S. Lorenzo, Juanito Villareal, both Epsilon Omicron Chapter, Felino Rivera Jr. Alpha Psi Chapter, and with the help of Phi Phi Chapter of Quezon, Nueva Ecija. Lorenzo Jr., Jordan Ople , Dean Patrick Erasmo, Raven Capindian and Mark Kissel Ruz. The Fraternity continued to render Service in the community, strengthened the spirit of Friendship and Leadership. This was our humble beginning.
