| As weather conditions remain unfavorable in the Province of Pampanga, face-to-face classes remain suspended. Please be advised that classes and academic activities across all Pampanga State University campuses will be conducted through synchronous online learning on August 26, 2026 (Wednesday).

Students who are unable to attend their online classes due to the prevailing weather conditions are advised to notify their respective instructors. Their absence may be excused, subject to the instructors’ appropriate consideration of their individual circumstances.

Furthermore, this advisory shall be superseded by any subsequent advisories issued by national or local government.

Students who are unable to attend their online classes due to the prevailing weather conditions are advised to notify their respective instructors. Their absence may be excused, subject to the instructors’ appropriate consideration of their individual circumstances.

Students who are unable to attend due to flooding or because they are from affected areas shall be excused from on-site classes, subject to the instructor’s appropriate consideration of their individual circumstances.

Ang suspensyon ay bunsod ng epekto ng Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), na nagdulot nang malakas na pag-ulan at pagbaha sa iba’t ibang lugar ng munisipalidad, ito'y para matiyak ang kaligtasan ng mga mag-aaral at school personnel.

Ang mga paaralan ay inaabisuhang magpatupad ng alternative modes of learning.

Dahil sa patuloy na masamang panahon at pagbaha na dulot ng Enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), ang Face-to-Face Classes sa LAHAT NG ANTAS (Public at Private) sa Bayan ng Sto. Tomas, Pampanga ay SUSPENDIDO sa Martes at Miyerkules, Agosto 11–12, 2026.

Pinapayuhan ang mga paaralan na magpatupad ng Alternative Learning Modes sa mga nasabing araw.

| Due to the inclement weather and flooding brought about by the Southwest Monsoon affecting various municipalities and areas in Pampanga, including Bacolor, the Commencement Exercises scheduled for August 10, 2026 (Monday), are hereby postponed. The new schedule for the Commencement Exercises will be announced at a later date.

Furthermore, face-to-face classes across all Pampanga State University campuses are suspended and will shift to online synchronous classes on August 10, 2026.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We wish everyone safety and remain vigilant and take the necessary precautions.
