𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬!
In view of the increasing need to ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all members of the school community, the administration shall strictly implement the following campus safety and security measures:
𝟏. 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬' 𝐁𝐚𝐠𝐬
To prevent the entry of prohibited and potentially harmful items into the campus, all students shall be subject to manual inspection of their bags upon entering the school premises. Students are expected to cooperate fully with security personnel during inspections.
𝟐. 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐖𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦
All students are required to wear the prescribed school uniform on the designated uniform days. This policy shall apply regardless of whether students have scheduled classes or no classes on the said day, provided that they enter the school premises.
𝟑. 𝐖𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐝 (𝐈𝐃)
All students are required to wear their official school ID at all times while inside the campus. The school ID must be visibly displayed and presented upon request by authorized school personnel or security officers.
𝟒. 𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐖𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
Every Wednesday shall be observed as a Wash Day. On this day, students may wear civilian clothes; however, they are required to observe proper dress code at all times. Clothing that is inappropriate, revealing, offensive, or inconsistent with the standards of decency and professionalism expected within the school shall not be permitted.
𝟓. 𝐋𝐨𝐠𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞
All offices shall maintain an official logbook for monitoring and security purposes. Every individual entering any office, including employees, faculty members, staff, students, parents, visitors, and other stakeholders, shall record their name, time of entry, purpose of visit, and signature in the designated logbook.
𝟔. 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐖𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦
Effective July 06, 2026, the official schedule for wearing the prescribed school uniform shall be strictly observed by all students. Compliance with the approved uniform schedule is mandatory.
These measures are being implemented to strengthen campus security, promote discipline, and ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for everyone. The cooperation and support of all concerned are hereby enjoined.
