Catherine B. Dela Cerna, a graduate of the Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English program of the Laguna State Polytechnic University-Siniloan Campus, ranked first in the Special Professional Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (SPLEPT) for the secondary level, July 2.

In the May 2026 examination, Dela Cerna gained a rating of 90.80.
