INTRAMURALS ARE OVER… BUT WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

After days of cheering, competing, shouting at the top of our lungs, staying up late for practices, running from one activity to another, and making memories with our teammates and friends… back to reality na ta, Cenphilians!

The uniforms are slowly going back to the closet, the jerseys are being folded, the chants are getting quieter, and our bodies are finally asking for rest. But now comes the real question:

Ano na gid ang next chapter after Intramurals? 👀

🅰️ BACK TO NORMAL — Back to classes, quizzes, assignments, reports, and deadlines. From “GO TEAM!” to “Sir, pwede next week na lang ang deadline?” 😭

🅱️ BACK TO BEING FRIENDS — After all the kilig, mixed signals, late-night conversations, and “What are we?” moments… balik friends na lang ta? Maybe you thought there was a chance, but sometimes, the person you wanted to be with is someone you’re better off keeping as a friend. No hard feelings, no drama—friends ta gihapon, right? 👀

🅲️ BACK NA SA IYA — Tapos na ang Intrams, basi pwede na magbalik sa iya? “Tapos na ang competition… pwede na bala kita?” HAHAHA. 😭

Intramurals may be over, but the memories, friendships, funny moments, and maybe even a little bit of kilig and heartbreak will stay. 🏆

Central Philippines State University (CPSU) – Sipalay Campus held its much-anticipated Mr. & Ms. CPSU-Sipalay 2026 Grand Coronation last Friday, September 18, 2026, at the campus grounds.

Rising above the competition to claim the prestigious titles are John Mark Buhi-an from the College of Agriculture and Forestry, named Mr. CPSU-Sipalay 2026, and Ashley Alabado from the College of Hospitality Management, hailed as Ms. CPSU-Sipalay 2026.

The event highlighted the grace, wit, and confidence of the candidates, marking another memorable milestone in the campus’ Intramurals 2026 celebration. We congratulate the new ambassadors of CPSU-Sipalay!👑✨

Central Philippines State University (CPSU) – Sipalay Campus officially opened its much-awaited Intramurals 2026 this Monday, September 14! Spearheaded by the Sports and Cultural Office alongside other major student organizations, the event features vibrant displays of dance, music, and arts. The celebration runs until Friday, September 18, uniting the campus through talent, sportsmanship, and shared pride. Let the games begin! 🎉🏆

📢 UNIFORM POLICY | OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

As we continue to promote discipline, professionalism, and a strong sense of identity within our university community, all 1st Year to 4th Year students are reminded to observe the prescribed university uniform policy.

Starting Monday, September 7, 2026, students are expected to wear the complete prescribed uniform and maintain proper grooming and professional appearance at all times.
