Congratulations to the first batch of SCEAP 2022-2023 Officers, under the leadership of the incumbent governor, Ms. Angel Heart A. Morido, a third-year student of BS Environmental Science, for marking the end of a successful legacy of projects and innovations. The legacy of great purpose, dedication, and perseverance will always be remembered in the heart, not only in 'ESAF' but also on our campus, the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture-Sipocot campus.
This is the proof of good and fair governance, where each and every student benefited from their membership fee. This legacy project will serve as a long-term project and be helpful to our beloved students in terms of photocopying and printing at an affordable price.
The Council itself would like to thank the class officers, ESSO and AFSOC officers, faculties, students, and chairperson of the ESAF programs, Prof. Sheril A. Aliben, for her untiring support. This legacy project wouldn't be successful without these people.
Also, a big round of applause to the supportive and excellent adviser of the SCEAP, Ms. Christine C. Malacad. Your guidance and advice truly matter.
