In line with Memorandum Circular No. 114 and the implementation of the Enhanced Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA) and flexible delivery of instruction across all campuses, the SSC Election will officially transition from face-to-face voting to online voting.

Details of the ONLINE VOTING:

Date: APRIL 12,13,14, 2026
Time: 8:00AM-8:00PM

This adjustment is made to ensure a smoother, safer, and more accessible election process for all students. It will also give the COMELEC ample time to finalize and prepare the online ballot forms to ensure an orderly and efficient voting process.

The schedule and voting link will be announced soon through our official pages. We encourage all students to stay informed and participate responsibly.

The University, through the Office of the University President, announces the adoption of the Enhanced Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA) and Delivery of Instruction for all campuses, pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 114.

🔰 The implementation shall take effect on April 13, 2026 (Monday), and will remain in force until further notice.
🔰 All Heads of Offices are directed to accomplish and submit their respective Flexible Work Arrangement Schedules on or before April 13, 2026, to their Campus Human Resource Management Office (HRMO).
🔰 Offices must ensure adequate onsite personnel at all times, while employees under work-from-home arrangements remain responsive, accountable, and productive.
🔰 Deans and Program Chairpersons are likewise tasked to ensure that the flexible delivery of instruction is properly implemented in accordance with approved schedules and academic standards.

This measure aims to maintain efficient university operations while ensuring continuity in the delivery of instruction across all campuses.
