Marching with discipline, precision, and pride, the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) contingents earned places in various categories during the 16th Bicol Regional Military Parade, on September 18, 2026, at Naga City.

Representing the CBSUA Pili, Pasacao, Calabanga, and Sipocot campuses, the University secured placements in the Best Marching ROTC, Best Marching Majorettes, Best Marching Brass/Winds Band, Best in Majorette/Color Guards Drill Exhibition, and Best Marching Brass/Winds Band Drill Exhibition categories.

In view of the Peñafrancia Festivities, and to allow students and employees to participate in the celebration while ensuring the continuity of essential University operations, Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) shall observe a flexible class and work arrangement on September 17, 2026 (Thursday). Meanwhile, an academic and work break shall be observed on September 18–19, 2026 (Friday–Saturday).

Students and employees are advised to take note of the schedule and make the necessary arrangements accordingly.

The CBSUA Resilience Center (CRC) advises all students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors to take precautions due to elevated fine particulate matter (PM2.5) levels recorded on campus and across Camarines Sur.

𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗖𝗞 𝗦𝗔𝗙𝗘𝗧𝗬 𝗧𝗜𝗣𝗦:

1. Limit Outdoor Time
Minimize unnecessary outdoor exposure and relocate sports or PE activities indoors.

2. Protect Yourself
Wear a well-fitting N95 respirator when outdoors for extended periods (cloth/surgical masks do not filter fine PM2.5).

3. Protect Indoor Air
Keep doors and windows closed, and avoid burning materials.

4. Extra Care for Sensitive Groups
Individuals with respiratory/heart conditions, pregnant individuals, older adults, and children should take extra precautions.
