𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐍𝐎𝐖 | 𝘾𝘽𝙎𝙐𝘼 𝙎𝙞𝙥𝙤𝙘𝙤𝙩 𝘾𝙖𝙢𝙥𝙪𝙨 2025 𝙔𝙚𝙖𝙧-𝙀𝙣𝙙 𝙍𝙚𝙫𝙞𝙚𝙬

Currently conducting its Year-End Review, bringing together with the Campus Administrator, Key officials, faculty and staff. This activity aims to present the 2025 Accomplishment Report of the different offices of the campus.

The activity includes an overview of institutional performance, assessment of implemented programs, and discussion of key outcomes for the year.

It also serves as a platform to outline the ways forward and target directions for 2026, ensuring alignment with the institution’s strategic goals.

In light of the latest PAG-ASA weather advisory indicating improved weather conditions, and pursuant to the released advisories from the Local Government Units of Calabanga, Pasacao, Pili, and Sipocot, face-to-face classes and on-site office transactions in all campuses of Central Bicol State University of Agriculture will officially resume tomorrow, November 26, 2025.

Students who may have difficulty reporting to school due to localized flooding or other hazards in their area are advised to inform their respective faculty-in-charge for proper consideration and academic arrangements. Faculty members are reminded to extend leniency and provide reasonable consideration to affected students.

Employees are likewise directed to report onsite and resume normal work operations.

In line with the Memorandum issued by the Local Government Unit of Sipocot, Office of the Municipal Mayor, dated November 24, 2025, regarding the suspension of classes in all levels (public and private) within the Municipality of Sipocot due to the latest PAGASA weather advisory on Tropical Cyclone "Verbana" and the shear line bringing moderate to heavy rains, classes in all levels at CBSUA-Sipocot Campus are hereby suspended on November 25, 2025, until further notice.

Faculty with designations and non-teaching personnel are required to report physically to work, unless otherwise advised. Employees who may experience difficulty reporting to campus due to their location or circumstances brought about by the weather condition may seek approval from their immediate heads for an appropriate alternative work arrangement.

All personnel are advised to ensure that offices, equipment, and facilities are properly secured before leaving the campus, and to take necessary precautions to remain safe during the inclement weather.

In view of the ongoing effects of Typhoon Uwan and to ensure the safety and well-being of the CBSUA community, classes in all levels (undergraduate and graduate) shall adopt the asynchronous modality of learning for all campuses until Sunday, November 16, 2025. All student activities, including the University Intramurals 2025, scheduled within the said period, are hereby postponed until further notice.

Faculty members are advised to provide flexible learning activities with reasonable deadlines to accommodate students who may still be experiencing difficulties related to the effects of Typhoon Uwan.

Furthermore, faculty members without administrative designations may adopt a flexible work arrangement during said period to allow sufficient time for recovery and the restoration of essential services at the University.

On-site classes shall resume on 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.

Pursuant to the Memorandum Directive issued by the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Sipocot, Office of the Municipal Mayor, dated November 7, 2025, classes in all levels are hereby suspended starting at 1:00 p.m. today until further notice

This issuance supersedes the earlier advisory from the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs regarding the shift to asynchronous classes. The suspension is made in compliance with the preventive and preparedness measures of LGU-Sipocot to ensure the safety and welfare of all students and personnel.

In view of the latest weather advisories issued by PAGASA regarding Tropical Storm Uwan, which is expected to bring heavy rains and strong winds over the Bicol Region starting this weekend, all campuses of the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) shall shift to asynchronous classes beginning tomorrow, November 7, 2025, until further notice.

This precautionary measure aims to minimize risks associated with potential flooding, transportation disruptions, and other weather-related hazards. It will also allow students residing in dormitories sufficient time to return safely to their homes while weather conditions remain manageable.

The directive follows the advisory of the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, based on recommendations from the CBSUA Resilience Center, in line with ongoing efforts to ensure the safety and preparedness of the CBSUA community.

This advisory is consistent with the University’s Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) protocols and reaffirm CBSUA's commitment to safeguarding the welfare of its entire academic continuity.

In line with the Memorandum issued by the Local Government Unit of Sipocot and due to the prevailing inclement weather conditions caused by Tropical Cyclone "Tino" and the shearline, classes in all level are hereby suspended on 𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 until lifted.

To ensure the safety and well-being of our campus community while maintaining the continuity of essential services and academic functions, the campus will implement the Flexible Work Arrangement and Skeletal Workforce to ensure uninterrupted operations. Please be informed that 𝗚𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝟭 (𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝗮𝘁𝗲) is temporarily inaccessible due to ongoing external construction activities conducted by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).

To ensure a smooth flow of traffic, 𝗚𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝟮 (𝗘𝘅𝗶𝘁 𝗚𝗮𝘁𝗲) will temporarily serve as both the entry and exit point until the completion of the construction at Gate 1.
