In support of the Commission’s commitment under the ACHIEVE Agenda to promote graduate employability, responsiveness of higher education programs, and evidence-based policy development, all CHED Scholars, Grantees, and Beneficiaries are hereby requested to accomplish the CHED Scholars Tracer Survey Form.

This survey is intended for graduates who were beneficiaries of CHED scholarship and student financial assistance programs granted during Award Years 2019 to 2021. Accordingly, the respondents covered by this survey are graduates from AY 2022–2023 to AY 2025–2026.

The tracer survey aims to gather relevant information regarding the employment status, career pathways, further studies, and professional experiences of CHED scholar-graduates. Specifically, it seeks to determine the alignment of the graduates’ acquired competencies and skills with current labor market demands and employment opportunities.

The results of the survey will serve as valuable inputs in assessing the effectiveness and relevance of scholarship programs, enhancing policy directions, and strengthening the linkage between higher education and workforce requirements.

Responses will be accepted until June 30, 2026.

𝗢𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗙𝗔𝗦𝗧 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹

The Unified Student Financial Assistance System for Tertiary Education (UniFAST) has been made aware of a recent incident involving a Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) grantee who was deceived by an individual using a fake social media account that impersonated a member of UniFAST personnel, particularly a Regional Coordinator from the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR).

𝗪𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴:
• UniFAST personnel will never request the return of scholarship or subsidy funds through personal bank accounts, e-wallets, GCash accounts, or private social media messages.
• Official communications and transactions are conducted only through recognized and authorized UniFAST, CHED, or partner institution channels.
• Do not share personal information, account details, passwords, PINs, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with anyone claiming to represent UniFAST.
• Always verify requests for information or financial transactions through official UniFAST offices, CHED Regional Offices, or your Higher Education Institution (HEI).
• Be cautious of messages that create a sense of urgency, use threats or intimidation, or instruct recipients to keep transactions confidential. These are common indicators of fraudulent activity.
• Immediately report suspicious messages, accounts, or transactions to UniFAST, your HEI, or the appropriate authorities.

The safety and welfare of our student beneficiaries remain our highest priority. We encourage everyone to remain vigilant and rely only on official sources of information. Through collective awareness and responsible verification, we can prevent scammers from taking advantage of students and their families. UniFAST remains committed to ensuring that educational assistance reaches its intended beneficiaries safely, securely, and transparently.

The following students are hereby requested to prepare and submit the necessary requirements to the Cashier Office on the day of the release of their TDP-SUC One-Time Grant.

Requirements: 6 Clear PHOTOCOPIES OF STUDENT ID with 3 FRESH SIGNATURE use BLUE Pen (see comment Section for the Format)
