In preparation for the opening of classes for the First Semester, Academic Year 2026-2027, please be guided by the official enrollment schedule for Undergraduate and Graduate Studies.

To ensure an orderly, efficient, and timely process, all old and continuing students are strongly encouraged to enroll online through the University’s enrollment system.

The enrollment schedule shall be as follows:

Adding/Changing/Withdrawing of Subject is scheduled on 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟱-𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 for all year levels.

All concerned students are reminded to strictly observe the prescribed schedule to avoid delays in the processing and validation of their enrollment. Students with enrollment-related concerns are advised to coordinate with their respective Program Heads, Academic Advisers, and Campus Registrars.

𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘: Alternative Work and Class Arrangement for June 2026

In continued support of the national government’s efforts to reduce electricity consumption and fuel use while ensuring uninterrupted public service and the continuity of academic operations, Southern Leyte State University will implement a Work-From-Home (WFH) arrangement and offsite class schedule throughout June 2026.

During this period, onsite enrollment transactions and all face-to-face office services will be temporarily unavailable.

All enrollees are advised to complete their transactions through the available online platforms and coordinate with the concerned offices via their official communication channels.

All other services will continue to be available remotely, and clients and stakeholders are encouraged to transact online or schedule their visits at a later date when onsite services resume.

This advisory is issued in line with relevant directives, including OP Memorandum Order No. 141, s. 2026, in view of OP Memorandum Order No. 67, Series of 2026, and Memorandum Circular No. 114, s. 2026.

𝐄𝐍𝐑𝐎𝐋𝐋𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐂𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐑𝐄

Incoming First Year Students, including New Students, Transferees, and Cross Enrollees, are advised to follow the steps below for the enrolment process:

𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 1: Go to the SAS Office for checking of credentials.
𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 2: Proceed to the UISA Office for assignment or generation of Student ID Number.
𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 3: Go to your respective Department for subject evaluation and approval of subjects.
𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 4: Proceed to the FHE Office for FHE status verification.
𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 5: Go to the Cashier’s Office for assessment of fees.
𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 6: Proceed to the Registrar’s Office for validation of credentials and issuance of Official Registration Form (ORF) and Assessment Slip

Complete your requirements early, follow the proper schedule, and get ready for another meaningful and productive semester at SLSU.

Bridging classes will officially start on June 8, 2026. All participants are encouraged to attend regularly and actively take part in the sessions.
