To: 𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

Please be informed that the signing of clearance for the Office of the Director for Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) will commence on 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟏𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔. Kindly take note of the following requirements:

• Students must be present and have their attendance recorded during the Job-Seeking Seminar on May 11, 2026, at MPC. (Further details will follow)
• Prior to securing the Director’s signature, students must obtain two (2) countersignatures from the 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 (𝐒𝐒𝐂) and the 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞.
• While waiting for the schedule of the signing of clearance, students may first secure signatures from the Library, Alumni, and Cashier, subject to their respective requirements.

Students who are unable to attend the Job-Seeking Seminar due to the following valid reasons: (a) Ongoing On-the-Job Training (OJT), (b) Ongoing review for board examinations, (c) Health-related concerns, (d) Personal or social conflicts, (e) Natural disasters, (f) Unforeseen emergencies requiring immediate attention, must submit the following:

• Formal letter of explanation
• Any supporting documents

Note: For ease of processing, a 𝐎𝐧𝐞-𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐩 will be set up at the USSC Lobby, where representatives from SSC, Guidance, and the Director’s Office will be available for clearance signing on 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟏𝟐-𝟏𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 from 𝟖:𝟎𝟎𝐚𝐦 𝐭𝐨 𝟔:𝟎𝟎𝐩𝐦 (𝘕𝘰 𝘯𝘰𝘰𝘯 𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘬).
