Cagayan State University Solana-Lara Campus proudly commenced its Women’s Month Celebration 2026 through a Women’s Month Kick-Off Program during its Monday’s Flag Ceremony, honoring the strength, leadership, and contributions of women in the community.

Guided by the theme “Lead Like the Babaylans, Filipinas,” the event highlighted the enduring spirit of Filipino women who lead with wisdom, compassion, and courage—much like the respected Babaylans of our history.

This Women's Month, we proudly celebrate the strength, leadership, and achievements of women who continue to inspire positive change in our community. Among the nine satellite campuses of the Cagayan State University, Dr. Ma Haidee A. Mabborang stands out as the only woman Campus Executive officer, women play an important role in shaping a future filled with knowledge, service, and excellence.

Today, we recognize all the amazing women of CSU Solana—leaders, educators, staff, and students—whose dedication, resilience, and passion continue to uplift the university and the community.

Their courage and commitment remind us that women are powerful agents of change, capable of inspiring others and creating a brighter future for everyone.

The RESCOM PA Conducted PA-WIDE SIMULTANEOUSLY BLOOD DONATION ACTIVITY at Brgy. hall of Bauan East, Solana, Cagayan. The activity was supervise by LTC RICARDO B. CASAUAY (RES) PA, 1LT Marcelo C. Contillo (RES) PA, SSG. RONALD P. PAGAYATAN (AGS) PA, Sgt. Joel G. Seriño (RES) PA, Sgt. Ruben M. Ancheta Jr. (RES) PA, Sgt. Kimberly B. Juan (RES) PA and 1CL, 2CL, 4CL and Inline cadets together with the CAGAYAN VALLEY MEDICAL CENTER.

Today was filled with purpose as we joined an inspiring activity with the theme “ANG INYONG MATATAG NG HUKBONG KATIHAN.”
This program reminded everyone that helping others is one of the greatest things we can do for our community. Many students showed their willingness to donate and support those in need, although some were not able to qualify due to weight limitations.

Still, the spirit of helping remained strong.
Through small acts of kindness, we can make a big impact and save lives.

After all, it is always better to give than to receive.
