โFirst of all, I would like to thank God for granting me the strength, encouragement, and dedication to pursue and complete this licensure journey. To my family, thank you for your unwavering financial and emotional support throughout this challenging process. To my teachersโMaโam Marilyn Acob, thank you for your wise advice and enlightenment; Sir Russel Dacumos, Villardo Parocha, Howard Maduro, Kristian Ollier, and Maโam Von, thank you for your motivation and for inspiring me to stay consistent and strive for excellence in my studies. Lastly, to Maโam Flor Pumihic, thank you for recognizing my hidden potential and for guiding me patiently during my studies. Your efforts and time helped shape a once rough stone into a shining diamond.
โThe road to becoming a Certified Public Accountant was far from easy. There were moments when exhaustion took over, when the endless cycle of studying and reviewing made me question my own capabilities. Burnout became a familiar companion, and self-doubt often whispered that perhaps I was not enough. But during those difficult times, I learned that perseverance is not about never feeling tiredโit is about continuing to move forward even when everything feels uncertain. I reminded myself that this dream was bigger than my fears, and that every late night, every failed exam, and every tear shed in silence was shaping me into a stronger person. Through prayer, self-discipline, and the encouragement of those who believed in me, I found the courage to keep going.
โAs I continued my journey, I realized that success in the CPA Licensure Examination was not solely determined by intelligence, but by discipline and consistency. Passing this exam does not require one to be naturally smart, it requires the willingness to show up every single day and give your best, even in small steps. Time management became my greatest ally. I learned to balance study hours with moments of rest, knowing that a healthy mind performs better than an exhausted one. Self-discipline kept me grounded, it reminded me to stay focused even when distractions and doubts tried to pull me away from my goals. Consistency, more than anything, built the foundation of my success. Each review session, no matter how minor it seemed, was a brick added to the structure of my dream.
