The Personnel Management Center, Philippine Army, thru our Army Recruitment Office โ€“ Luzon is in the process of recruiting individuals with potentials to become a Commissioned Officers through the Officer Candidate Course (OCC) and Candidate Soldier Course as a pre-commission training for the Philippine Army.
