This newly published study examines the use of the Reflect-Compare-Revise (RCR) framework in incorporating generative AI into nursing care planning education. It highlights how reflective practice, critical comparison, and iterative revision can enhance studentsโ clinical reasoning, decision-making, and engagement in the learning process.
The publication provides valuable insights into how generative AI can be meaningfully integrated into nursing education while maintaining academic rigor and ethical considerations. It presents a forward-looking perspective on preparing future nurses for a rapidly evolving, technology-driven healthcare environment.
Through this work, the authors contribute significantly to the fields of nursing education, educational innovation, and healthcare trainingโdemonstrating how technology can be leveraged to enrich learning experiences and improve competency development.
