Bulan Campus OJT Students Complete Internship at SorSU Main Campus

The On-the-Job Training (OJT) students from Sorsogon State University – Bulan Campus have successfully completed their one-month internship at the Main Campus under the guidance of the Industry Linkages and Development Office (ILDO).

As they concluded their training, Ms. Lelanie L. Berjuega, Head of the Industry Linkages and Development Office, shared an inspiring message with the interns. She encouraged them to treasure the experiences they gained throughout their internship, the knowledge and skills they developed, and the meaningful relationships they built with the people they worked with during their stay.

Ms. Berjuega expressed her hope that the lessons they learned would serve as a strong foundation in their academic journey and future careers. She reminded the students to continue applying the values of professionalism, responsibility, and dedication as they move forward in achieving their goals.

The Industry Linkages and Development Office congratulates the OJT students from Bulan Campus on successfully completing their internship and wishes them continued success in their studies and future endeavors.

OJT to Employment: SorSU Graduates Begin Their Professional Journey

Sorsogon State University continues to prove its commitment to producing competent, industry-ready graduates as several students successfully transitioned from their On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs to full-time employment.

A significant milestone was achieved as Samsung Electro-Mechanics Philippines Corporation officially absorbed 31 SorSU OJT trainees, recognizing their skills, dedication, and outstanding performance during their internship period. This achievement highlights the effectiveness of SorSU's academic programs and its strong partnership with industry leaders.

The successful employment of these former trainees demonstrates how experiential learning opportunities prepare students for the demands of the professional world. Through their OJT experience, students were able to develop practical skills, gain valuable workplace exposure, and demonstrate their potential to prospective employers.
