The Southern Leyte State University-Bontoc Campus Tikarol Performing Arts Conservatory formally holds its Installation Ceremony during the Shine @22 Campus Day Gala, marking a new chapter in leadership and artistry. The occasion was made even more meaningful by the honor of having the University President, Dr. Jude A. Duarte, as our Inducting Officer, a powerful testament to the institution’s steadfast support and belief in the transformative power of the arts, with the presence of the entire campus community.
With the lighting of the ceremonial flame—Alab ng Sining—led by Founding and Executive Director Dr. Peter June D. Dadios and Artistic Director Mr. Julius Amfil Dublado, the Conservatory breathes life into its performing arms:
