𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 | 𝗦𝗨𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞

JUNE 8, 2026 - Pursuant to the issuances of the Local Government Units of Digos City, Matanao, Santa Cruz, and Sulop following the strong earthquake that affected the province, all classes at all levels and work operations in government offices and private institutions within their respective jurisdictions are hereby suspended effective immediately until further notice.

Accordingly, all classes and work at Davao del Sur State College (DSSC), including the Digos Campus and the Matanao, Santa Cruz, and Sulop Extension Campuses, are suspended until further public announcement.

This measure is being undertaken to allow concerned authorities and building administrators to assess the structural integrity of buildings and facilities and to facilitate the conduct of necessary damage and safety assessments to ensure the welfare of students, employees, and stakeholders.

All employees and students are advised to remain calm, remain vigilant, and monitor the official communication channels of the College for updates and further instructions.

For everyone’s safety, please continue to observe precautionary measures and follow advisories issued by local disaster risk reduction and management authorities.

𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 | 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 116, the following work arrangements shall be observed at Davao del Sur State College (DSSC) on April 1, 2026 (Wednesday):

• Work from Home from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN
• Suspension of work from 12:00 NN onwards

This is in observance of Maundy Thursday and Good Friday. Regular classes and office operations will resume on April 6, 2026 (Monday).
