The WAVES Startup Challenge 4 (WSC4) Pitching Competition, held during the LINGAS Summit 2026, showcased the creativity, discipline, and entrepreneurial potential of student innovators from across Surigao del Norte State University. Through evidence-based startup pitches, participants transformed local resources and community challenges into innovative ventures with the potential to create jobs, strengthen industries, and promote sustainable development.
