DAY 3 OF 3

The journey of establishing the 1925 Fire Brigade in Surigao City has finally reached a milestone!

Today, the Integrated Collegiate Brothers and Sisters officially graduated from the training, marking the successful establishment of the 🧑‍🚒 Surigao City Alpha Phi Omega – 1925 Fire Brigade.

✅ First Aid and Basic Life Support Certificate
✅ Basic Skills for Responders Certificate
✅ Firefighting Operation Strategies Training
✅ Registered Volunteer Firefighters with the Bureau of Fire Protection (Official IDs to be issued by the BFP National Office)

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Surigao City Alumni Association, headed by Pres Robert Badiang, for their unwavering support and encouragement throughout this endeavor.

We would also like to sincerely thank the people who initiated, organized, and facilitated this training program. Your vision, dedication, and commitment to service made this opportunity possible for all of us. Through your efforts, we have gained valuable knowledge and skills that will help us serve and protect our communities more effectively.

Special thanks to Brod Riain Alfonso for spearheading this iniative and making the establishment of the 1925 fire brigade possible.

The Alpha Phi Omega – Integrated Collegiate Chapter, together with the Surigao City Alumni Association, proudly volunteered during the Pasayan Festival while celebrating the 125th Adlaw nan Surigao del Norte.

Our brothers and Sisters also extended their service by volunteering at the Trade Fair for Alibugjaw 2026, showing dedication, unity, and commitment to community service.

We also proudly express our full support to our Brother Gov. Robert Lyndon Barbers for his continued leadership, dedication, and service to the people of Surigao del Norte.
