๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ | Palompon Institute of Technology (PIT) Tabango officially took part in the CHED GINHAWA Student Well-Being Summit 2026 held at Twin Lakes Hotel, Tagaytay-Nasugbu Highway, Laurel Batangas, earlier today, June 3.
Rhea Bea Limpiado of The Builder, accompanied by Dr. Mabel A. Donaire, Head of the Office of Student Development Services (OSDS), joined student leaders and student affairs practitioners from various higher education institutions nationwide for the opening activities of the summit centered on wellness, leadership, and holistic student development.
Anchored with the theme, โInspiring Wellness, Leadership, and Purpose in Higher Education,โ the two-day summit aims to strengthen student well-being initiatives and promote healthier learning environments across higher education institutions.
โNo student should succeed at the cost of their well-being. No student should struggle alone. No student should face mental health challenges without support,โ said Dr. Ferdinand V. Mendoza, RPSY, President of City College of Tagaytay, during the Plenary Session 1: GINHAWA Talks: Reimagining Student WellBeing in Higher Education focusing on the personal wellbeing and development of the students within the institution.
