The College of Business Administration and Accountancy (CBAA) conducts a Gender and Development (GAD) seminar titled “Capacitating CBAA Educators and Staff through Positive Mindset towards Holistic Wellness” on December 17, 2024, at the CBAA Accreditation Room.
This initiative aims to empower educators and staff by promoting a positive mindset and fostering holistic well-being. The program emphasizes the principles of Gender-Responsive Education and includes discussions on crucial topics such as Mental Wellness, Stress Management, and Team Building.
To ensure a meaningful and impactful experience, the activity featured two esteemed resource speakers: Ms. Irene M. Daguasi, the university’s GAD Director, who provided insights on Gender-Responsive Education, and Ms. Lovelia I. Iringan, the University Guidance Counselor, who led discussions on mental health and effective stress management strategies.
Through this activity, the CBAA aims to cultivate a supportive and inclusive environment that enhances both personal and professional growth among its educators and staff.
