Kalinga State University was recognized with the Delivering Results through Integrity and Value-Driven Ex*****on (DRIVE) Award during the Agency Performance Review (APR) Mid-Year Dialogue hosted by the Department of Budget and ManagementโCordillera Administrative Region (DBM-CAR) today, August 20, at the DBM-ROCAR Multi-Purpose Hall, Teacherโs Camp, Baguio City.
The APR Mid-Year Dialogue brought together representatives from State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) across the Cordillera Administrative Region, the Commission on Higher EducationโRegional Office CAR (CHED-ROCAR), and DBM-CAR to review institutional performance, assess progress against approved targets, and promote more effective budget utilization and program implementation.
KSU President Dr. Joy Grace P. Doctor, together with Budget Officer Ms. Elsie Andres and Planning Director Dr. Rhonjhon Garming, received the award on behalf of the University. The KSU delegation also actively participated in the mid-year performance dialogue.
The DRIVE Award recognizes KSUโs strong performance in the implementation of priority programs and projects, particularly as demonstrated by its actual physical accomplishments relative to approved annual targets.
The recognition underscores the Universityโs commitment to results-based governance, efficient resource utilization, integrity, and value-driven ex*****on, ensuring that its programs and projects generate measurable accomplishments and meaningful outcomes for its stakeholders.
The award further affirms KSUโs continuing efforts to strengthen institutional performance and accountability while ensuring that public resources are translated into tangible results that contribute to the Universityโs mandate and development goals.
Through the DRIVE Award, KSU reinforces its commitment to delivering programs and services with integrity, efficiency, and a clear focus on results.
