Happy Birthday to our esteemed Secretary of Education, Honorable Sonny Angara.

We extend our warmest birthday greetings to our Chairperson, DepEd Secretary Sonny Angara!

With his collaborative leadership and support to the private education sector, Secretary Angara continues to push for reforms in the implementation of education subsidy programs.

He has supported the increase in the subsidy amounts such as the Teachers' Salary Subsidy (TSS) and the expansion of the government support to cover the entire K-12. At the same time, he has made sure that mechanisms are in place to ensure accountability and integrity in the subsidy programs that benefit the learners, the private schools, and the entire basic education system.

Likewise, June 30, 2026 (Tuesday) is a local holiday in celebration of the Feast of Señor Santo Niño, our beloved Patron.

Regular classes and office operations shall resume on Wednesday, July 1, 2026.

May our beloved Señor Santo Niño continue to bless, guide, and protect our school community.

📢STRENGTHENED CAMPUS SECURITY 📢

We are deeply saddened by the tragic shooting incident in one of the public schools in Tacloban City today. Our hearts and prayers are with the victims and their respective families and the entire school community affected. In this difficult time, we are reminded that the safety of our students is our highest responsibility.

To help ensure a safe and secure learning environment, all students, employees, parents/guardians, and visitors are requested to cooperate with the school’s strengthened security screening procedures effective immediately-

🔹Security personnel shall conduct regular inspections of bags, packages, and personal belongings before entry into the campus premises.

🔹Parents/guardians and visitors are required to secure a Visitor’s Gate Pass and sign the Visitor’s Logbook upon entry.

🔹Everyone is encouraged to remain vigilant and promptly report any suspicious behavior, activities, or concerns to school authorities.

We sincerely appreciate your cooperation, understanding, and support in maintaining a secure and safe campus and learning environment for everyone.
