Are you a DEFAS Student Member working on an undergraduate thesis, capstone project, project design or innovative engineering research?

The DEFAS Society of Engineers Inc. invites qualified student members to apply for the DEFAS Undergraduate Thesis Grant 2026โ€”an initiative supporting promising research with the potential to address real-world challenges and create meaningful impact.

๐Ÿ’กWE ARE LOOKING FOR BOLD IDEAS AND PRACTICAL SOLUTIONS!

Priority areas include: Engineering and Technology Innovation, Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technologies, Smart Cities, Renewable Energy, Sustainability and Green Engineering, Climate Resilience, Industry 4.0/5.0, Automation, Robotics, IoT, and Community-Based Engineering Solutions.

Selected student researchers may receive financial assistance for eligible thesis-related expenses, international conference presentation support, and publication subsidy, subject to the official grant guidelines. More importantly, the program provides an opportunity to connect with DEFAS engineers, researchers, innovators, industry practitioners, entrepreneurs, and alumni.

๐‘ฑ๐‘ผ๐‘บ๐‘ป ๐‘ฐ๐‘ต: Driven by technical ingenuity, team effort, and tireless dedication, the student officers and members of the Delta Epsilon โ€“ Society of Would-be Engineers (SWE) EVSU Main Campus Chapter spent late nights and early mornings meticulously crafting, assembling, and decorating their booth in preparation for the Supreme Student Government (SSG) Organizationsโ€™ Booths and Fair at the EVSU Open Field.

The grand opening was marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony spearheaded by Vice President for Students, Internationalization, and External Affairs Dr. Benedicto Militante Jr., alongside key university officials, SSG officers, and proud organization representatives.

โ€‹As EVSU celebrates its 22nd Charter Anniversary, Delta Epsilon invites all students to visit our booth from August 17 to September 10!
