PABATID! Ang mga "original" na kopya ng Senior HS Card; Certification of Good Moral Character at ang Transfer Credentials o Honorable Dismissal (for Transferees) ay ibibigay lamang sa Registrar's Office kapag kayo ay ganap na, na studyante ng EVSU. Ibig sabihin kapag nakapasa na kayo sa screening at may pahintulot na mag enroll. Ipapaalam din natin dito ang schedule ng enrollment.
Sa ngayon iligpit lang muna ng maayos ang mga orihinal na kopya ng di tayo magka problema sa darating na enrollment/ official registration sa Registrar's Office. Kayo mismo ang mag su-surrender ng mga Admission Credentials ninyo sa Registrar's Office at hindi sa Guard House, hindi sa Guidance Office at hindi sa mga Academic Advisers o kung kanino man. Tandaan tanging sa Registrar's Office lamang ang tatanggap nito.
Mag po-post kami dito sa page ng schedule ng iyong pagsumite (by Program) ng Admission Credentials dito sa EVSU Registrar's Office - Tacloban City . Bago pa man magsimula ang enrollment ay ipapaalam na namin ang schedule ng submission.

P.S. Kapag hindi klaro ang mga nakasulat sa PSA Live birth (not readable) lalo na ang iyong kompletong pangalan at petsa ng kapanganakan, ay pinapayuhan na kumuha kaagad habang wala pa ang schedule ng enrollment, ng Certification of Birth sa inyong Local Civil Registrar o sa iyong place of birth!

NOTICE! The "original" copies of the Senior HS Card, the Certification of Good Moral Character, and the Transfer Credentials or Honorable Dismissal (for Transferees) will only be given at the Registrar's Office when you are a full-fledged EVSU student. That means you have passed the screening and have permission to enroll. We will also let you know the enrollment schedule here.
For now, just keep the original copies properly to avoid any problems with the upcoming enrollment or official registration at the Registrar's Office. You yourself will surrender your Admission Credentials to the Registrar's Office and not to the Guard House, the Guidance Office, the Academic Advisers, or anyone else. Remember, only the Registrar's Office will accept the said documents.
We will post here on the page the schedule of your submission (by Program) of the Admission Credentials here at the FB Page: EVSU Registrar's Office - Tacloban City. Even before enrollment begins, we will announce the submission schedule.

P.S. If the PSA Live Birth is not clear (not visible), especially your full name and date of birth, it is advisable to seek a Certification of Birth from your Local Civil Registrar or your place of birth as soon as possible before the enrollment schedule!
