Well, this is your sign to start studying all your subjects now! Because one of the moments we fear the most is finally approaching.

The upcoming midterm examination is just around the corner, and guess what? Our reviewers are ready, our pens are ready, but are our brains ready? The time when our 8 hours of sleep becomes 2, our confidence disappears after reading the first question, and our “I can do this” turns into “Lord, Ikaw na bahala”.

Some are already studying, while others are still saying, “Later na lang, there’s still a lot of time”. But remember, time flies, and the exam date is getting closer! So, stop scrolling, put your phones down, and start reviewing your notes.

Don't wait until the night before the exam to study everything. This is not the time to be lazy and depend only on luck and use the famous C or B strategy.

Good luck, everyone! Study hard, pray harder, and may we all survive this midterm season with our sanity still intact. May our answers be correct and our grades be high. Pasadong midterm cutiee.🤞

Today, we celebrate the amazing teachers who continue to guide, inspire, and encourage us to become better every day.

Thank you for your patience, dedication, kindness, and for always believing in your students. The lessons you teach go far beyond the classroom, and the impact you make will stay with us for years to come.

To all our wonderful teachers, thank you for being our mentors, role models, and inspiration. You remind us that learning is not just about gaining knowledge, but also about becoming better, believing in ourselves, and having the courage to reach for our dreams.

Your words can inspire a student, your guidance can change a life, and your dedication can shape the future. Every lesson you share, every effort you make, and every student you believe in matters more than you may ever know.

𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬 𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗠𝗔𝗟 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗟𝗗 𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗘𝗦 𝗔 𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗘

A very special day dedicated to raising awareness about animal welfare and the importance of protecting animals around the world. We celebrate World Animal Day, often referred to as World Animal Welfare Day or World Protection Day. This celebration started in 1925 in Berlin, Germany, when Heinrich Zimmermann held an event to raise awareness about animal protection. October 4 was chosen because it is the feast day of St. Francis of Assisi, he is known for his love and care for animals and nature. Since then, World Animal Day has been celebrated in many parts of the world.

Did you know? There are only two northern white rhinos left in the world. They are both female, making the subspecies functionally extinct. Also the Bornean Orangutan, their population decreased over recent decades because of deforestation and poaching.
This shows us how important it is to protect endangered animals. Every animal, big or small, has a place in our world.

This World Animal Day, let us do more than just remember them. Let us take action. Treat animals with kindness, never hurt or abuse them, help animals in need, protect their homes, and encourage others to do the same. Speak up for animals, protect their lives, and be part of the change.

Every life matters. Every action counts. Start today. 🐾🌎

𝗢𝗖𝗧𝗢𝗕𝗘𝗥 2, 2026 | 𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗡 𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗦 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗟-𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗘𝗗 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗟𝗗 𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗥'𝗦 𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

Yesterday, we celebrated all the teachers who continue to share their time, knowledge, and care with us. Held in EVSU Main Campus, inside the Miguel Romauldez Memorial Foundation Auditorium. SESS officers prepared a simple token of appreciation for our dearest faculty members as a small way of thanking them.

As the quote says by Brad Henry, “𝗔 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲, 𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴.” These words remind us of the important role our teachers play in our lives. They inspire hope by reminding us that we can overcome challenges and reach our dreams. They ignite our imagination by encouraging us to think, ask questions, and discover new ideas. Most importantly, they instill a love of learning by making every lesson meaningful and helping us see the value of education. Our teachers are more than someone who teaches lessons inside the classroom. They are people who guide us, encourage us, and help us believe in ourselves.

To all our amazing EVSU teachers/instructors, thank you for being part of our journey and for helping us reach our goals. We are grateful for every lesson, every reminder, every word of encouragement, and every moment you spend helping us learn.

Happy Teachers’ Day to all our dearest teachers! Your hard work and kindness will always be remembered. 🌿💚

♻️ 𝐖𝐀𝐒𝐓𝐄 𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐋𝐘𝐒𝐈𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐙𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐒𝐓𝐔𝐃𝐘 (𝐖𝐀𝐂𝐒) 2026

Our organization successfully held a meeting on 𝙎𝙚𝙥𝙩𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 29, 2026, where we discussed the upcoming 𝙒𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚 𝘼𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙮𝙨𝙞𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙮 (𝙒𝘼𝘾𝙎) 2026, in collaboration with the Pollution Control Office (PCO).
The WACS is one of the university’s major environmental activities, supporting proper waste management and environmental monitoring. This year’s activity will be a collaborative effort between the 𝙋𝘾𝙊 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙀𝙎𝙎, with SESS officers and members actively participating in its implementation.

📍 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐋𝐄 𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐒 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐖𝐀𝐂𝐒 2026
The Science Building, from the 1st to the 3rd floor, was identified as one of the possible areas for this year’s WACS. Other possible areas include:
• AUDI
• SED
• SAME
• SAAD
• Techno Mart
• Automotive Building
• Engineering Building
• SOT
📅 The WACS is expected to be conducted for five (5) consecutive days, Monday to Friday, usually during the last week of October.

We encourage everyone to cooperate and actively participate as we work together to promote proper waste management and a cleaner, more sustainable university environment. 🌱♻️

Yesterday, September 26, 2026 marks a significant milestone as we officially hold our Turnover Ceremony. We honor and celebrate the incredible achievements of our outgoing leadership team, whose dedication has laid a strong foundation for our future. Reflecting on this transition, our outgoing President shared, "𝙈𝙮 𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙢 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙗𝙚 𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙢𝙮 𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙞𝙣."

As we pass the torch of leadership to our incoming officers, we step forward with renewed vision, integrity, and a shared commitment to excellence.
