𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘 | Work and Class Arrangements ahead of Typhoon Uwan

In anticipation of the impact of Typhoon Uwan, and following the recommendation of the EVSU DRRM Committee, the University will implement the following work and class arrangements across all campuses:

-Classes will shift to asynchronous mode on Monday and Tuesday, November 10 and 11.

-Designated officials and non-teaching personnel (regular, casual, COS) shall report onsite unless an Executive Order suspending work is issued.

-Members of the DRRM Committee and security personnel are required to report onsite for monitoring and emergency response operations.

-The DRRM Committees are requested to prepare campus-specific evacuation plans and ensure the readiness of emergency response measures.

All are advised to take precautionary measures for their safety. Further advisories will be issued for additional guidance and updates.

The EVSU School of Architecture and Allied Disciplines proudly celebrates the remarkable achievements of our brilliant Aydinistas who triumphed in the 𝟐𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐨 𝐝𝐞 𝐕𝐢𝐝𝐚 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫-𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 held at the SMX Convention Center Manila, Pasay City, on November 8, 2025. 💚✨

Leading the victory is 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐋𝐨𝐢𝐬 𝐓. 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐳𝐚, who was hailed as the 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙢𝙥𝙞𝙤𝙣 of the competition, receiving a Plaque and a ₱150,000 cash prize. Following closely, 𝐄𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐊𝐢𝐫𝐜 𝐃. 𝐃𝐢𝐨𝐥𝐚 secured the 2𝙣𝙙 𝙍𝙪𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙧-𝙐𝙥 spot, taking home a Plaque and ₱50,000 cash prize. Adding to the pride, 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐁. 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐞 also made it to the 𝙏𝙤𝙥 7 𝙎𝙚𝙢𝙞-𝙁𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙨, earning a ₱10,000 cash prize.

These achievements stand as a testament to the creativity, dedication, and excellence that define the Aydinistas and the EVSU SAAD community. Your success continues to inspire and uplift the next generation of designers. 💚✨

The first extension activity for Project BABATNGON of the EVSU - School of Architecture and Allied Disciplines (SAAD), Architecture Department was successfully held at the DS03-SAAD Building.

This significant event marked a successful collaboration involving the community, dedicated faculty extensionists, and our students. The activity aimed to gather initial data, skills mapping and participatory design workshop.

We are excited about the positive turnout and the opportunity to work closely with everyone as we continue Project BABATNGON's mission.

We're officially underway with Project BUSAY! 📐✨

The first extension activity for Project BUSAY (Building Unity, Supporting Artisans, and Yielding Progress) by the EVSU Interior Design Department was successfully held at the DS03-SAAD Building.

This initiative is all about transforming tourism in Babatngon, Leyte! We're collaborating with the LGU to enhance their hospitality facilities near the beautiful Busay Falls through professional interior consultation on layout, furniture, and styling. We're also supporting the design of their annual Christmas Village booths to celebrate local artistry.

Stay tuned as our faculty and students bring design innovation to life, making a tangible impact on local income, community development, and cultural appreciation!
