Please be informed that the EVSU Multipurpose Cooperative (EVSU-MPC) will temporarily suspend its operations from August 28 to August 31, 2026.

This brief closure is due to the following:
August 28 (Friday): Management Mid-Year Performance Review
August 31 (Monday): National Heroes Day (Regular Holiday)

Regular office transactions will resume on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.

A massive thank you to all the EVSUnistas who trusted EVSU-MPC for their toga rentals this graduation season! We loved seeing you all march and celebrate your hard work.

To our future graduands, we want to share a little advice to save you from unnecessary stress on your big day, please consider renting your togas directly from the EVSU-MPC.

During this recent graduation, we received several heartbreaking reports about students who rented from outside suppliers. Many dealt with missing parts like caps, hoods, or medals. Some received the wrong sizes, and worse, some didn't get their togas at all when it was time to line up. We actually had students rushing to our office as a last resort just so they could march, which meant they unfortunately had to spend double.

You deserve to look and feel your best without the panic. Our togas are made of high-quality, shiny, and thick material. In fact, one of our recent renters joked that he felt like he was "aura farming" during the march because his toga looked so dignified compared to the thin and crumpled ones from other suppliers!

And don't worry about the cost. Our rental rates are very reasonable, and the upfront payment already includes a security deposit that goes straight back to you as soon as you return the toga.

Save yourself the headache, avoid the extra expenses, and make sure you march with confidence. We've got you covered!

Hello, EVSUnistas! We are still so proud of your recent graduation!

We understand that life after college gets hectic right away and things can easily slip your mind.

If you rented a toga from the EVSU-MPC and haven't returned it yet, please consider this a friendly reminder to drop it off at the office! Since the university is currently on a 4-day work week, we are open to receive them from Monday to Thursday only.

We really want to keep our inventory updated and avoid having to post the names of unreturned toga renters by next week. Please help us out by dropping yours off within the week!

Please be informed that the Eastern Visayas State University Multi-Purpose Cooperative (EVSU MPC) office will be CLOSED on June 29 and 30, 2026 in celebration of the Tacloban City Fiesta.

For members who wish to process withdrawals or apply for a loan prior to the holiday, please be advised that you must transact your business on Thursday, June 25, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM only.

Regular office operations and services will resume on Wednesday, July 1, 2026.

Please plan your transactions accordingly to avoid any inconvenience. Thank you for your continued support and cooperation.
