In order to ensure an orderly and efficient distribution of graduation togas, all graduating students are requested to strictly follow the schedule below:

Schedule of Distribution
June 19, 2026 (Friday)
School of Education Department (SED)
School of Arts and Sciences (SAS)

June 20, 2026 (Saturday)
School of Management, Accountancy and Entrepreneurship (SAME)
School of Technology (SOT)

June 22, 2026 (Monday)
School of Engineering (SOE)
School of Architecture & Allied Discipline (SAAD)

Time: 8:30 AM onwards

Venue: 2/F EVSUMPC Conference Hall, EVSUMPC Bldg., EVSU Main Campus, Tacloban City

What to bring: Valid ID and other required documents, if applicable, when claiming your toga.

Students are advised to bring their ID and other required documents, if applicable, when claiming their toga. Also, please strictly observe your assigned schedule to avoid congestion and delays in the distribution process.

Serving as a moment of reflection, this worship service concludes the academic journey of the EVSUnistas, giving them a moment to look back at the educational path they have traveled and the responsibilities they will uphold moving forward in faith and confidence.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | The graduating class of 2026 of Eastern Visayas State University (EVSU) Tacloban Campus attended a meaningful and spiritually fulfilling Recollection Day event held at the Romualdez Memorial Auditorium yesterday, Monday, June 15 led by Student Affairs and Services Office (SASO) Head, Dr. Sonia T. Enrile.

The morning session was dedicated to the spiritual reflection of Non-Catholic students, while the afternoon session welcomed Catholic students. This setup ensured that every future graduate received an inclusive, encouraging, and respectful environment to prepare their hearts and minds as they step out into the professional world.
