It's the season of colors, and we now shine the spotlight on our fellow members of the LGBTQ+ community, celebrating the vibrant spirits that continue to inspire, empower, and uplift others this Pride Month.

It is time to raise the rainbow flags and join the parade of colors as we continue to advocate for the freedom to express one's identity. Beyond the celebration, Pride is a reminder to embrace diversity, create safe spaces, and honor the long-standing history, struggles, and achievements of the LGBTQ+ community.

Live your truth, because love is love wherever you go. Happy Pride Month, EVSUnistas!

π—₯π—˜π—”π——: Among the ten exceptional candidates who stood beneath the glaring lights of competition was one woman who carried more than poise, intelligence, and ambition. Hidden beneath her composed smile was a story stitched together by sacrifice, sleepless nights, silent prayers, and the unyielding strength of a mother who refused to surrender to life’s hardships.

Being called for the First Runner Up of the Most Outstanding Student - Most Outstanding Campus Organization (MOS-MOCO) was Vinrose J. Paranas, a student from the School Of Education (SOEd), and the auditorium roared with a round of applause followed by loud exciting cheers. But for her, she felt the softness of her victory, almost sacred.
