VMC Asian College Foundation, Inc. informs the VMC community that Face-to-Face classes tomorrow, September 21, 2026, are suspended, pursuant to the declaration of the City Government of Tacurong, as a precautionary safety measure following the recent shooting incident in South Cotabato.

To ensure the continuity of learning, classes shall continue through online or modular learning modalities, as appropriate and as directed by the respective faculty members.

We encourage everyone to remain vigilant, prioritize safety, and closely monitor official announcements for further updates.

Please be informed that the Midterm Examinations for the 1st Semester, S.Y. 2026–2027 are scheduled on September 23–25, 2026.

Midterm Examination Clearance will be available starting September 15, 2026, at the College Dean’s Office.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: NO PERMIT, NO EXAM!

Students are encouraged to secure their examination clearance ahead of time and settle any necessary requirements before the examination dates.

LOOK | VMC Proudly Joins the Talakudong Festival Opening Parade

The VMC - Supreme Student Council Officers proudly represented the institution during the Talakudong Festival Opening Parade earlier today, September 14, 2026, actively participating in this significant celebration of culture, tradition, unity, and community spirit.

The VMC student leaders were accompanied by their SSC Adviser, Mr. Dian Mark Bacongco Dosano and our Student Affairs Director, Jobanie Fajutar Panganiban, MIT, CPR, CDE-LIII, throughout the activity, providing guidance and support as they carried the name and representation of VMC in this vibrant community celebration.

This participation was made possible through the continued support and encouragement of the VMC President, Dr. Bonifacio Eugenio Valdez, and Vice President, Dr. Elsa Arceo Valdez, demonstrating the institution’s commitment to empowering students and providing opportunities for them to engage meaningfully in community activities.

Attention TES Batch 10, 13,13.1,13.2 under Presidet Quirino Campus. Grantees listed below who failed to claim their Second Semester AY 2024–2025 stipend during the scheduled distribution:

When: September 14-17,2026 ( Monday -Thursday)
Time: 8:00 AM- 11:00 AM
1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

You are strongly advised to claim your stipend as soon as possible (ASAP) to avoid the forfeiture of your grant.

Your check will become stale in the month of September 2026. Once the check becomes stale, it can no longer be encashed and will require a revalidation or reissuance process, which may cause delays in receiving your stipend.

The students listed below are scheduled for payroll signing. Please be guided by the following schedule:

Date: September 15, 2026
Time: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM only
Venue: Scholarship Office - Tacurong Campus

If the grantee will sign the payroll personally, please bring the following:
-School ID
-Blue ballpen

For Representatives, (if hindi available ang student to sign due to work- or health-related concerns), please present the following:

-Authorization Letter with the student’s signature ( 5 original copies)
-Valid ID of the Authorized Representative( 5photocopies, back-to-back) - blood relations or Kin
-Student ID with the student’s signature (5 photocopies, back-to-back)

Please make sure to bring all required documents and arrive within the scheduled time to ensure smooth and efficient processing.
