Subject: Checking and Collecting of Duty Cards for the Final Period

Good day!

Please be informed that the checking of Duty Cards for the Final Period will be conducted from May 25 to May 29, 2026.

🕑 Time: 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM | 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM

📆 Schedule:
May 25 – Hospitality Management
May 26 – Tourism Management
May 27 – SBM
May 28 – SED, SAS, SPES
May 29 – SCS

📍 Location: Office of the Ambassadors of Peace and Order (A.P.O.)

In addition, if your section has already completed all the duty card requirements, you may proceed with the checking as early as May 11 to May 15, 2026. Please note that this early checking schedule is optional and not yet required.

As the month of May begins, we are called to uphold the Tagaytay Character Traits of the Month: Responsibility and Enthusiasm. These values remind us that, as students and as stewards of this world, we have a role to play in creating a better, brighter future.

Being responsible means doing what is right even when no one is watching—finishing our tasks on time, taking care of our environment, and being accountable for our actions. Meanwhile, enthusiasm fuels our journey; it is the energy and passion we bring into everything we do, turning simple efforts into meaningful impact.
