Students who took the Shifting Examination on June 22, 2026, may claim their examination results at the Guidance Office beginning tomorrow and in the succeeding days.

In line with the course-shifting process, the Guidance Office will also conduct 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙧 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 sessions to help assess your interests, goals, and support needs as you transition to a different academic program.

The following Graduate School applicants are scheduled to take the Graduate School Admission Exam on 𝗝𝗨𝗟𝗬 𝟬𝟰, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 (Saturday) at 09:00 AM in the Testing Room.

Please take note of the following reminders:
✅ Be at the testing venue at least 30 minutes before the exam time.
✅ Pay the ₱100.00 testing fee at the Cashier’s Office first before you proceed to the testing venue.
✅ Bring the following on exam day:
- 1 valid ID
- Black ballpen

To ensure an organized testing process, please be at the venue 30 minutes before the exam will start. All applicants are required to adhere to their assigned schedule.

1 pc of 1x1 ID picture (formal)
Any valid ID (ex. Senior High School ID or National ID)

The Guidance Office announces the conduct of the 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 for students who intend to transfer to a different academic program.

This examination serves as an important step in determining your suitability and readiness for your desired course. Students planning to shift are encouraged to take the examination on the scheduled date and time.

📅 Schedule: Every Monday and Wednesday only
🕒 Time: 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM; 1:30 PM - 4;30 PM
📍 Venue: Testing Room (Old Library)

Please bring your own pen while taking the exam.
