LAST DAY OF SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION – TOMORROW (July 31, 2026)

If you plan to apply for the Tuition/Token Fee Exemption for the First Semester, A.Y. 2026–2027, please be reminded that tomorrow, July 31, 2026, is the last day to submit your application.

Application Deadline: 12:00 NN

Before submitting, please make sure that:
• Your application is complete.
• All required documents have been uploaded.
• Your application is submitted on or before 12:00 NN.

Applications received after the deadline or with incomplete requirements will no longer be processed.

Need to pay your token fee balance? The Accounting Office will accept payments via GCash through the UMak Scan-to-Pay System until 3:00 PM on July 31, 2026.

Please don't wait until the last minute. Submit your application early and, if needed, settle your payment before the deadline.

The program placement process considers the following criteria:

The UMak Faculty Evaluation System will reopen from May 4–8, 2026 for all colleges and institutes.

Here's how you can participate:

1. Log in using your UMak email account.
2. Access the Faculty Evaluation form via this link: https://umak.edu.ph/olfe.
3. Verify your schedule using your Certificate of Registration (COR) or Final Load (Official Change of Matriculation form) to ensure accurate evaluation.

For CCAPS Students:
All students under the CCAPS program enrolled in Thesis Writing and Dissertation subjects are not required to undergo faculty evaluation.

The evaluation form will be open from 6:00 AM to 11:59 PM during the extended dates.

If you are experiencing issues with your UMak email account, please proceed to the Center for Information Technology (CIT) department for assistance.
